Michael has been practicing Massage Therapy since 2016, with many years of working in health care, personal training, and sport. His focus has been in the areas of persistent pain and athletics, including the BC Lions, ICBC, and WorkSafe.
Michael aims to apply specific functional goals to re-educate the body using safe movement strategies, while developing an area of focus around persistent pain in the general population. Manual techniques are tailored to your goals and preferences, all while encouraging the body to heal in a safe environment.
His passions include running, weightlifting, ice-hockey, hiking and camping with family, watching sport highlights, and reading fantasy novels.
