Osteoarthritis: Early Intervention & Management Class

What is it: The Osteoarthritis Management Class (Hip/Knee) is a specialized program designed by a physiotherapist to help individuals manage the symptoms of osteoarthritis in the hip and knee. Through targeted exercises, education, and pain management techniques, participants will learn how to improve joint function, increase mobility, and reduce pain. This class is ideal for adults seeking to enhance their quality of life and maintain an active lifestyle.

Eligibility Criteria:

• All ages
• No current acute injury
• Not in the rehab phase of a total joint replacement. If you have sustained a total joint replacement surgery previously, you must have been cleared for return to activities by your healthcare provider.
